Problem Description
can not create raid 0 for new disk, error shows: Description = controller has data in cache for offline or missing virtual disks
Process Analysis
1. check the preservedCache of the abnormal controller
2.delete the abnormal preservedCache
Solution
1.Run the./storcli64 /c1 show preservedCache command to check whether preservedcache exists. For example, the command output shows that logical disks are missing
2.Run ./storcli64 / c1/vxx delete preservedCache Deletes the existing preservedcache and reconfigs the storage array.
