Problem Description
Only the following models of wireless clients cannot search for the SSID, which means there is not any SSID for them to connect.
while other wireless clients can search for the SSID and connect, and work normally.
Problem wireless clients：
System model:- Optiplex 9030 AIO
Operating System:- windows 11
WiFi Driver Name:- Intel(R) Dual Band wireless-AC 7260
Driver version(18.33.11.2)
Process Analysis
Due to the fact that most clients can connect to the SSID and access the Internet normally, we conclude that it is a device compatibility issue.
We search the FAQ on Intel about the WiFi driver Intel(R) Dual Band wireless-AC 7260.
Finally we found this, there is a bug about wifi-6
Solution
Follow the intel web site guide to modify the setting of NIC.
